  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

  • Refunds are processed in cash only, either during the return pickup or as scheduled with you after return approval.
  • We do not process refunds via online payment, bank transfer, or other electronic methods.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items marked as non-returnable or customized products cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling, improper use, or negligence are not eligible for returns.
